JDN Developers is a partnership firm closely managed by two partners who carry enormous expertise in their respective fields. Mr. Jubin Vaidya, B.E aged 52 years deals with society and its members, with Architects, Authorities and Construction sites. He has vast experience of 20 years in the field of real estate sector especially dealing with redevelopment work.
Mr. Dinesh Bhayani, aged 46 is CA and has experience of 20 years in the field of real estate including some years of international exposure. He handles Finance and Accounts, Legal, commercial and site.
The collective experience of both partners gives our organization a standardized perspective which helps us deliver the best projects always. Having a perfect blend of expertise, resources and experience, we are emerging as a fast-growing company in the redevelopment sector in Mumbai suburban.
